Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been going out sportfishing on the Lady J for 35 + years. I’ve been going with Phil through 2 Lady J vessels. And there is a reason for that, Phil is one of the best, if not the best sportfishing Captain of ALL time of Cape Cod. Thanks to Phil, I have a lifetime of amazing memories that I will share with friends and family forever . Hopefully if you’re into sportfishing, you had a chance to board the Lady J with Phil at the wheel. Because you will know exactly what I’m writing about. Phil, I want to thank you for all the wonderful memories. I couldn’t have chosen a better Captain 35 years ago to start a yearly tradition with. Thanks again Phil !!!! FISH ON !

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was my first trip with Lady J Fishing Charters, though being local I was already familiar with their reputation. They absolutely lived up to it.

We hooked up on our very first trolling pass, but after that the bite went cold for several hours—not for lack of effort. Captain Phil never stopped working. He continually explored different areas and techniques, determined to find fish rather than simply waiting out the slow bite.

His bold decision to make a run to Billingsgate proved to be the right call. In about 30 minutes, we put six more striped bass in the boat and finished the day on a high note. Sky, the first mate, is still learning the ropes, but he was attentive, hardworking, and a pleasure to fish with. You can tell he cares about the customers and is developing into a quality mate.

Fishing isn't always easy, and successful charters are measured by effort and decision-making as much as the number of fish caught. Captain Phil and the Lady J crew demonstrated both. I'll gladly fish with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, hardworking charter operation.

We had a quad hookup! Boat was spacious and comfortable. I can’t recommend Phil and the Lady J enough. 🤙🏼

Thank you Phil

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My father and I have been fishing with Phil the last 4 summers and it is most definitely the best charter service we have experienced. Always have hit our limit early and spent the rest of the day catching and releasing bass after bass. Couldn’t recommend a more qualified Captian for the bay!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Missed last year with Captain Phil but have gone out with him 7 of last 8 years. Phil is the best captain we've ever fished with and the Lady J is an AMAZING boat. It always seems where ever Phil goes, the other vessels follow. 5/5 10 stars. We photos all over the house of memories with the Lady J and Captain Phil.
